**Refund and Warranty Policy**

**Refund Policy:**
At ARD Motorsports, we take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind our services. As such, we do not offer refunds for any of our labor or parts. Once the service is completed, payment is considered final. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and if you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.

**Warranty Information:**
We offer a limited warranty on the services performed by ARD Motorsports. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions. The warranty period is 30 days, starting from the date of service completion.

**Warranty Conditions:**
1. **Notification of Issues:** Customers must notify ARD Motorsports immediately of any issues arising after our work is performed. Failure to do so may void warranty eligibility.

2. **Voiding of Warranty:** The warranty is void if any of the following conditions occur:
   a. The customer alters, modifies, or attempts to repair the work performed by ARD Motorsports.
   b. The customer seeks additional automotive services from another repair facility without prior notification to ARD Motorsports.
   c. The customer attempts to perform any repairs or modifications on their vehicle themselves.

**Warranty Claim Process:**
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact ARD Motorsports immediately upon discovering an issue.
2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.
3. Allow us to inspect and diagnose the issue to determine if it falls within the warranty coverage.

If the issue is deemed to be covered by the warranty, ARD Motorsports will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or services.
